We are an all volunteer civic organization that supports our sea services. This includes men and women actively involved in our Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Merchant Marine services. We also sponsor 10 to 18 year olds in several Sea Cadet units and high school JNROTC organizations in our area public schools.
No, we welcome everybody to join us and help support our causes.
We have two Sea Cadet teens on our board. We learn from them and they learn from us. We have a retired Coast Guard Admiral. We have businessmen, and Moms. We have Board members who have not served in the military.
1. First of all, we only ask each of our members to do just a little, but come through with your commitment to our Navy League Council. We will depend on you to do what you agree to do.
2. Can you agree to at least an hour a week or more to help us be strong and fulfill our important mission? What are you interested in and where do your skills and strong points lie? Check the boxes!
Your help is needed and appreciated. Just do a little and watch us go. No experience is necessary. All you need is a little desire, we’ll supply the rest. We’ll coach you to success as an outstanding member of an outstanding organization, The Tampa Bay Council of the U.S. Navy League.
